What's Hot

My thought process in archery is calm and steady. My current focus is the only one I am concerned about. Everything else in my mind has been cleared. This is because I have forgotten all my previous arrows.

I raise my bow to the target and focus on the inner golden ring, which has now become my sole goal. I pull the string back all the way until it touches my chin and nose. This is the point where my elbow and arm have formed a straight arrow towards my target. I adjust my bow until the sight rests at the center of the target.

I release the string, and I relax my arms. The arrow plunges into the target, but I ignore the score. I reach my quiver, from which I draw my next arrow.
